Description of the role: The Title Clerk at Lunghamer Ford in Owosso, MI will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, accurately maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles and registrations
• Maintain accurate records of all title transactions
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate with sales team, DMV, and other agencies regarding title paperwork
• Assist/cross train with other administrative tasks as needed
• Stock in vehicles
• Assist in answering main phone line
• Maintain records of vehicles transfers
• Process pay off checks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in title processing required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in an open office concept
