RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with the preparation and processing of title documents.
• Verifying the accuracy of information on title applications.
• Coordinating with the DMV and other agencies to ensure timely processing.
• Maintaining organized records of all title transactions.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and internal staff.
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy and must be able to learn Company software.
• Previous automotive title processing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
