CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Support Professional AMS opening for our client in Secaucus, NJ. Location: Secaucus, NJ Duration: 12 months Duties: Provide application production support for mission-critical systems. Perform break/fix resolution and support for REST/JSON APIs and SQL-based applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system faults, alarms, and performance anomalies. Manage trouble tickets, document findings, and ensure timely resolution. Participate in change management processes to ensure stability and compliance. Conduct security remediation activities in alignment with organizational standards. Perform debugging and complex troubleshooting across cloud and on-premise environments. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to support system health. Skills: Strong understanding of REST and JSON APIs. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Familiarity with RAML specifications and working with Postgres and Snowflake databases. Experience with fault/alarm troubleshooting and trouble ticket management. Solid knowledge of change management and security remediation practices. Ability to debug complex issues across distributed systems. Experience with Grafana, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud. Bonus: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry. Experience: Previous experience in application production support and break/fix resolution. Demonstrated ability to manage incidents and troubleshoot across a broad technical stack. Experience working in cross-functional environments with developers and system admins. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
