Points North is looking for a motivated and eager
Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to temporarily support our hiring efforts across both technical and non-technical roles. In this role, you will be a partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source and screen candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in recruiting for diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
This is a temporary role that is expected to last 4-6 months, with potential to extend dependent on business needs. What You’ll Be Doing: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical (e.g., software engineering, data analytics, product management) and non-technical (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other creative channels
- Screen and interview candidates, assess qualifications, and guide them through the hiring process
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), JazzHR
- Collaborate with People & Culture Generalist for offer extension, HRIS set up and onboarding to ensure seamless handoffs post-hire
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and continuously build talent networks
What We Are Looking For: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open requisitions effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting and hiring
- Ability to guide, influence and drive the hiring process across stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability, solutions-oriented mindset
- Self-starter comfortable working with a level of autonomy and ambiguity
Qualifications: - 3+ years’ experience in recruiting, with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles
- 1+ years’ experience working in a staffing agency or SaaS environment
- Proven success sourcing and hiring for a range of functions in a fast-paced environment

For this position the hourly rate will be $30.00-$34.00 per hour. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
