Now Hiring: Part-Time Weekend Receptionist
Location: Preston Street, Ottawa Ontario
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays | 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: Weekends only
Are you friendly, organized, and love making people feel welcome? We’re looking for a Weekend Receptionist who brings warmth, professionalism, and initiative to our front desk.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and creates a positive first impression for everyone who walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive 15 minutes early to get the office ready—turn on lights, set up the coffee machine, and ensure everything is prepared for a smooth start
Open and close the office at the beginning and end of each shift
Greet all guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude
Offer coffee or water while they wait for their appointment
Log visitor information accurately into our system
Keep the front desk and office area clean, tidy, and welcoming
Take initiative—identify and complete tasks without needing direction
Look for ways to go above and beyond for guests and the team
Handle light administrative tasks and assist as needed
Use Microsoft Outlook and Word with confidence
