Job Description

We are a fast-growing consulting firm that works with nationally recognized brands to deliver high-impact marketing, advertising, and public relations campaigns. As we continue to expand, we’re hiring an Entry-Level Public Relations Assistant to support our communications team and assist in the execution of high-visibility PR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing creative public relations campaigns

  • Represent both company and client brands at media appearances, community outreach efforts, and promotional activities

  • Support client communication efforts and manage public-facing interactions

  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, clients, and community partners

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Create content for press releases, social media platforms, and promotional materials

  • Track campaign performance metrics and assist in evaluating results

  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to team development on communication best practices and brand standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident public speaking abilities and professional presence

  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills

  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to grow in the public relations field

  • Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)

  • Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or communications is a plus
