Project Manager – Construction

Location : Goodyear, AZ

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of 3-5 concurrent commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Own project performance, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and adherence to budget and scope.
• Serve as the primary liaison with architects, owners, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues and drive projects forward.
• Forecast resources and proactively manage schedules to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Spearhead change orders, submittal processes, and client communications throughout project lifecycle.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance on all job sites.
• Maintain thorough documentation including daily reports, photos, and long lead item tracking.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to identify areas for operational improvement and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management with proven ability to independently lead projects from bid through closeout.
• Strong background in ground-up and tenant improvement projects including office, hospitality, convenience store, and storage builds.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance.
• Proficient in project management software such as RedTeam, Procore, or similar platforms.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project timelines.
• Adept at interpreting construction documents, coordinating inspections, and enforcing quality standards.
• Local Arizona market knowledge strongly preferred.
