Job Description

Salary: $126,100 - 227,950 per year Requirements:

  • Active DoD TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent work experience. Additional experience, education, and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Strong attention to detail, as focus on task completion is critical.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experienced listener with the ability to understand technical interactions and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Expertise in identifying areas of improvement, critical dependencies, and process changes that enable the Government to attain effective, efficient, and sustainable integrated outcomes, improving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple technical and operational teams to achieve necessary program, project, or activity plans and schedules while maintaining budget guidelines.
  • Experience assigning tasks to contractor personnel located in multiple time zones, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing contract performance on new task orders and projects identified by the customer.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects to support the planning and implementation of the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN).
  • Manage technical documentation including the Technical Implementation Guide (TIG), user manuals, technical specifications, installation guides, system security plans, system requirements documents, standard operating procedures, and briefing materials.
  • Work independently, engage with required stakeholders, and execute an end-to-end plan to achieve operational efficiencies within the program.
  • Collaborate closely with technical resources to develop an approach, schedule, risks, and staffing requirements to implement objectives successfully.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members across multiple areas, external stakeholders, and the DISA customer.
  • Address external activities that may drive dependencies or risks to the project plans.
  • Understand applicable performance standards, operational impacts, and affected Acceptable Levels of Performance due to changes.
  • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to streamline project execution.
  • Provide overall support for customer meetings, including initial inputs for charts, action item tracking, and general data gathering.
  • Have an understanding of DISA implementation processes and standards.
  • Understand site assessments, surveys, installations, and commissioning equipment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify external dependencies, risks, or delays.
  • Prepare project documentation, including CDRLs, ROMB, COR/PMR/MOR Charts, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes and actions.
  • Assist and monitor project tasks to ensure compliance with company and customer policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and transfer inputs for program reviews (e.g., MOR, QBRs) and action item tracking/coordination.

In this role, you'll work within a fast-paced project team to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively. Our pay range for this position is $126,100.00 - $227,950.00, which considers responsibilities, education, experience, and other relevant factors.
