Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership dreams? We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Consultant to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with clients to provide expert guidance on mortgage products, ensuring they find the best financing solutions to fit their needs.

What You'll Do:
Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized mortgage solutions.
Educate borrowers on different mortgage products, rates, and terms, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals to facilitate a smooth loan process.
Stay up to date on market trends, lending regulations, and mortgage products to provide informed recommendations.
Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, tracking progress and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships and referrals.

What We're Looking For:
At least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related financial field.
Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency with mortgage software and strong computer skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Active NMLS license required.
