In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations. **Pay: $29.00/hr** The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years or older - Three (3) years of experience as a Journeyman in the electrical field is required. - On the job training provided. - Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license. - Must possess journeyman electrician's license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Five (5) years of experience as an electrician is preferred. - Prior experience as electrician in an industrial or commercial setting is preferred. **Responsibilities:** - Perform preventative maintenance on all electrical equipment on-site - Perform electrical installations of a commercial nature - Plan layout and installation of electrical equipment, conduit, wiring and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes - Install electrical conduit, equipment, fixtures or wiring in floors, walls and ceilings - Install, inspect and test electrical systems - Perform installations which include but are not limited to panel boards, conduits, lay-in fixtures, wall packs, exit signs, light fixtures, disconnects, breakers, power distribution equipment and power supply wiring - Refer to labels, job site maps, instruction manuals, and written instructions to accurately to perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards - Report work orders, scheduled jobs and work progress to a foreperson - Ensure code compliance through proper installation of electrical components \#100 REQNUMBER: 123252 ABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
