Benefit Specialist will play an important role in supporting and growing our talent pool. We are looking for a collaborative, outgoing candidate who genuinely enjoys engaging with others as part of their everyday duties.
The person in this role will collaborate with Senior Management and Department Supervisors to analyze and understand the staffing needs of the company and manage the entire hiring process from start to finish. This includes, but isn’t limited to, creating job descriptions, working with others to develop targets using our talent software, Predictive Index, sourcing and tracking candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews, scheduling interviews for candidates with high prospects of employment and assisting with the development and delivery of formal offers with management.
