ShipIt, shipping 2.7 million orders a year, is here to fulfill, meet, and exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager located in Hurricane, Utah who will be responsible for establishing ShipIt. This will be done by ensuring that team members are competent, efficient, and capable of producing results in their assigned roles.

What you will do:

• Ensure that the company hires the correct amount of people to fill open positions within the company

• Scope each area, ensuring it’s neither overmanned nor undermanned

• Assess trainees and team members to understand where their talents might best fit in the company and fulfill their needs to help them be successful

• Oversee internal promotions, transfers, and working remote paperwork, ensuring that the process is followed

• Ensure that each new hire is assigned a post and provided a new post package after they have completed onboard training

• Oversee the writing and distributing of training flows, training programs, and apprenticeships for all positions

• Keep team member profiles up to date

• Ensure all contracts, agreements, or legal papers connected with the team members are filed accurately

• Reward production by selecting a highly productive and ethical team member to be awarded Team Member of the Month

• Oversee the completion of exit interviews for team member resignations

• Oversee the complete handling of all team member resignations and terminations

• Excellent delegation skills with strong follow-up to ensure tasks are completed

Pay: $18 an hour + Bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
