Graphic Designer

Location: Toledo, OH or Remote | Full-Time

Lume Cube and Ilios Lighting are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a clean, modern design aesthetic to join our growing creative team. This role will support both brands by developing high-impact, visually cohesive assets across all customer touchpoints: web, social, email, packaging, and print.

We're looking for a creative thinker who understands how to visually communicate a premium brand experience. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to maintain consistency in brand identity while supporting day-to-day content needs and larger product launches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, brand-consistent assets for digital and print: web banners, social graphics, email campaigns, retail packaging, signage, product sheets, and more
• Collaborate on branding and visual direction for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all channels and platforms
• Assist with light video editing for social, email, and web use (training can be provided for the right candidate)
• Support the evolution of both brands’ visual identities while maintaining consistency with existing guidelines

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (consumer goods or lifestyle brand experience a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern design work across multiple mediums
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in the beauty, creator, or tech space is a bonus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with packaging design and print production
• Understanding of social media content trends and formats
• Light motion/animation skills for digital assets
