Fine Arts Administrative Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED with one to two years clerical, computer operations and bookkeeping experience; o
• Vocational/technical diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the
• Requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with a wide range of people who are in need of services from the department
• Take direction and seek information needed to complete tasks assigned.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and work on a flexible schedule.
• Possess strong verbal, written, and technical skills.
• Meets all health, physical and background check requirements.
