We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef who brings both creative flair and operational strength to a well-established, 100% Italian culinary concept. Ownership is deeply committed to the success of the team and works side by side with leadership—creating a collaborative, respectful, and energized environment. The team is dynamic, young, and values innovation, consistency, and hospitality at the highest level.
What You’ll Do:Lead all aspects of kitchen operations and team leadership
Collaborate closely with ownership on menu development, culinary vision, and seasonal changes
Maintain the highest standards of execution, sourcing, and kitchen efficiency
Foster a positive, growth-oriented kitchen culture
Oversee cost control, ordering, scheduling, and BOH systems
Champion quality, hospitality, and consistency in every dish
Proven experience as Executive Chef or CDC in fine dining Italian cuisine
Deep knowledge of regional Italian dishes, seasonal cooking, and modern plating
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Comfortable working in a collaborative setting with ownership and FOH leadership
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Commitment to quality, creativity, and hospitality

Competitive base salary: $120,000–$150,000
