Position: Estate/Property Manager
Location:Portland, OR
Compensation:$150,000+ DOE (Flexible)
A private family in Portland, Oregon is seeking an experienced and professional Estate or Property Manager to oversee the operations and upkeep of their residence. This is a full-time, hands-on role for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can ensure the smooth running of a large property and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities may include:
Overseeing day-to-day property operations and maintenance
Managing vendors, contractors, and household staff
Coordinating repairs, renovations, and seasonal projects
Creating and managing household systems and manuals
Budgeting and expense tracking
Ensuring the home is guest-ready and running efficiently at all times
Other duties as needed to support the family and property
Qualifications:
Prior experience managing a private residence or estate
Strong organizational and communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable managing household systems
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
Familiarity with high-level service standards
