Your Impact

As a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer on our Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) team, you will play a meaningful role in winning our customers' trust and ensuring their success. You'll partner with Account Executives to strategize on territory, account, and opportunity planning. You will engage directly with prospective clients, building trusting relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our cybersecurity solutions can protect and empower their businesses.  

We seek someone with a passion for sharing their excitement about technology and making it approachable for everyone, from the front line of Security Operations to the C-level, or even to their grandparents. As part of your DNA, you are a self-starter who can build consultative relationships and develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that improve our opportunity to win a customer's business. Tools of the trade include: 

  • Communicating, storytelling, and translating sometimes sophisticated technology in an approachable way to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise. 
  • A Desire to win and be a part of a successful sales team! 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 1+ years experience with cyber security, networking technologies, or related concepts, standards, methods, operations, and uses
  • 1+ years experience in a customer facing roles such as a solutions engineer, consultant, customer success engineer, etc
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • Network Engineering and/or Solutions Engineering Experience
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar credentials. 
  • Endpoint, Identity, SSE and SOC experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and sales skills are a plus.
  • Validated experience in sales or presales
