Job Description: Diocesan is seeking a faith-filled, enthusiastic and relationship-focused team member to guide Catholic parishes as they learn to use our bulletin publishing tools. In this role, you'll work closely with new clients, guiding them through onboarding and training sessions on our publishing tools and helping them create high-quality bulletins with confidence. You'll offer layout and design guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and build strong, ongoing relationships with staff members at organizations we serve-all in service of strengthening the Church's mission. What You'll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts, helping parish teams get started confidently with our publishing platform Lead personalized walkthroughs of our tools, ensuring each client understands how to create and manage their bulletin effectively Offer practical guidance to improve layout and design quality, helping clients present their content clearly and beautifully Build strong, ongoing partnerships with parish teams through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-up Navigate occasional challenges with calm professionalism, listening attentively and finding creative, respectful resolutions What You Bring: Fluency in both Spanish and English (required) Familiarity with publishing tools such as Microsoft Publisher, Word, or similar software A keen sense for layout and design with strong attention to detail Experience in account coordination, client onboarding, training, or similar roles Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Self-motivation and the ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish A warm, positive presence and a willingness to collaborate across teams Why Work with Us?
