This midsize firm handles high-stakes matters across business torts, consumer class actions, breach of contract, and insurance coverage disputes. With a collaborative trial team and significant case volume, the firm offers attorneys early responsibility and courtroom exposure. This role is ideal for a litigation attorney seeking impact-driven work in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment. Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: - Handle complex business and consumer litigation from pre-litigation through trial, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and client interaction - Litigate class actions, product defect, insurance bad faith, toxic tort, and construction-related matters - Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents - Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials as part of a close-knit trial team - Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development Hours: NO billables!
