HRRS is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to manage foreclosure matters with professionalism, precision, and speed for our client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong legal background in real estate, foreclosure, or creditor rights law who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to represent our clients through all phases of the foreclosure process.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
  

• Handle both uncontested and contested foreclosure matters.
  

• Represent clients in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
  

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates.
  

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to legal strategy discussions.
  

• Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.
  

• Active member in good standing with the New Jersey Bar .
  

• Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload independently.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Proficient with client communication via portals, email, and phone.
  

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  

• Committed to delivering high-quality client service and legal representation.
