Role Summary Anthropologie Home is seeking a talented and passionate Lighting Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, trends, and exceptional CAD skills. This role will involve designing innovative and stylish lighting pieces and following through with the product development process. Role Responsibilities Design Concept Development: Create original and visually appealing lighting designs that align with current market trends and our brand identity. Sketching: Produce hand-drawn and digital sketches to communicate design ideas and explore creative concepts. Technical Specifications: Creating detailed technical specifications for the factories to clearly execute the sketches that have been presented and approved. Prototyping: Working with our Product Development team oversee the creation of samples and evaluate the functionality, comfort, and durability of furniture designs. Role Qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial Design or a related field is preferred. Strong proficiency SolidWorks, KeyShot, Photoshop, InDesign, ProCreate, Iillustrator, and Microsoft Office. Interest in AI and VR programs. Excellent hand sketching skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A portfolio demonstrating previous design work.
